Writing a gemini server
I didn't think I was able to write a server in PHP. However gemini protocol is very simple so it is possible to write clients and servers in many language just in few hours.
Ergol, its name, is much more a proof of concept than a production tool. You can try it, it's easy to install and to configure. It can host several gemini capsules with a TLS certificate for each of them.
